We always have a good experience at Del Valle Pet Hospital with my dogs. It hasn't been that way with all the vets I have had. I am glad I found them as my vet. more

New "Cash Cow" Teeth Cleaning 10/7/2009

They quote several different prices for the same exact thing depending on who you get on the phone. Once you are in the price increases. Before I left, one quote was $930 for one dog, $740 for another. Later they claimed to make a mistake keying in the medication fee of $270 which was later changed to $19 dollars. Office manager bullied you with your finances when you were deciding if you could only afford one or two dogs for the procedure. I have 30 years of vet bills, and I am not new to pricing, quality of work, or lies. Pros: Highest Price in town to professionally clean dog teeth Cons: $674 is the minimum fee more

Cremation Experience Only 5/6/2009

It's been about 6 1/2 months since my cat passed away. We had never been to Del Valle Pet Hospital before, so the only experience I'm writing about is when we took my cat to get cremated.\r \r I love that they offered her paw print on a remembrance plaque (at no additional charge)...that's something I'll cherish forever, since I'm not the type of person who wants ashes. more
