DEK Consulting and David Andrews is a ripoff! He defrauded me of $1200.00 for work promised and never performed. He promised programming features for my website and then demanded complete payment up front. After he was paid he claimed some features were not possible (even though other websites had them). He never was able to do the rest of the work and completely screwed up my website in the process, causing me to lose over a days worth of customers! He did not have enough sense to test his work before putting it live on the site and would not test "repairs" he tried to make. I had to test the site myself and contact him about the errors. He would reply that he fixed it (never tested it) and I would go back and find nothing had been changed. He cause customers personal information to get lost and my company to lose revenue. When I finally had enough lies, I asked for a refund. His response was that he already spent the money and didn't have it to give back. I have documentation for all of this. I lost $1200.00, plus over a days business, plus hours of time cleaning up the disaster he created on my site to get it back to the way it was before his incompetence wreaked havoc on it! I suggest you steer clear of this scam outfit. He could take your money and not do the work promised.
