I have gone to Deans for 6 years and my father has gon there for over 30. They always get things done and I am always suprised at how low the repair costs are. They get things done right. I will never go to anyone else. I love how hard they work to get my car back to me even if i dont have a lot of money or drive a nice car. Th more

Great with radiators 12/15/2008

We have had our cars repaired at Deans over the years and found them to be honest and to do the job well. We have had radiators repaired by them and been very pleased with the work done. more

Friendly Staff 12/12/2008

The building that Dean's Automotive Repair is set up in is old and very outdated. No place to really sit down and wait. But they have kept the prices reasonable and the staff is great at communicating what is necessary to repair the car. My husband's starter went out and when it went out it burnt up the computer panel, the staff was good at keeping us up to date on the progress, due to the fact it wasn't as easy fix then they thought. The automobile has been running great and now we have a mechanic that we trust. more

Generally good experiences here 11/2/2005

I have used several mechanics in the Tri-Cities. Dean's is my second choice when I need work done on my cars. I have had work done by Dean's several times on 5 different vehicles over 9 years and have usually been satisfied with the work and price. A few times a problem was not totally resolved even though I paid a large sum of money to fix it, but overall I would say they are a good auto shop. They are very friendly and courteous, and their prices are usually competitive. more
