Great Place to Buy a Car 2/24/2011

Great Service Department, Good Sales staff. I drive from Detroit to buy my automobiles from Dean Arbour. I have bought 2 new trucks from them and one used Jeep, all have been great experiences. They will work with you to find what you want and they treat you like a valued customer even when you are just looking to see what is new on the lot.\r Steve W more

The service here isn't great....unless if you ask for wayne mcquarter. This guy has been there forever and is amazing. I've called and asked for him and he was able to give a diagnosis over the phone with me holding it to the engine. I think he keeps the place running. more

Not Even Worth Stopping Here 4/4/2010

I did not end up buying a vehicle from Dean Arbour as the entire operation seemed a little shady. The saleman was completely uneducated with the vehicles and it took a long time to get any info. Then the saleman wanted to increase the price for an option that was added, which was listed in the advertisement already. \r \r Also, DO NOT leave your keys in your car while looking at vehicles there. They will send someone out to assess your trade in and will take off in your vehicle without even telling you. I was surprised when I walked out to see my truck in a different place. This is not acceptable at all. I'm surprised this place is able to sell vehicles to anyone. \r \r Overall, this place is shady at best. more

they will help you get an auto 9/26/2005

Dean Arbour helped me get 2 different cars. If not for them there is no way I would have been able to buy a good car. The salesmen/women are very professional along with being very nice and helpful. I would recommend Dean Arbour to anyone in need of a vehicle. The only thing I did not like was that I was not able to pick the car I wanted...but that is a small price to pay when you are desparate for a good used vehicle. more

Salesmen didn't want to deal with a woman 6/9/2005

I was looking for a used vehicle and stopped in to look at one of theirs. The salesman seemed nice, and offered to let me take the vehicle for a test drive, "why don't you go pick up your husband, and we can work out the details." I was the one buying the vehicle for me!. I knew what I wanted, and had did the appropriate research on vehicles. I did not need my husbands "approval" to buy the vehicle, or did I need him to discuss the financial end with the dealer. As you can tell, I was very put out by the attitude of the salesman. more
