Once again, Do Not listen to bad reviews, you WILL be pleasantly surprised!! Great friendly staff, huge well kept rooms with air conditioning and close to everything with coffee, irons, blow dryers, ect. It is the most affordable and yet has everything you could ever need! Even the breakfast is very good and has a very nice man overseeing the room! If you want to stay in a Palace then you go to a Palace but I've been to many hotels in my years and this one tops my list of the supposed 2-3 star. It is far better than what it's rating says and we will stay here again for sure! Thank you for such a LOVELY stay at your Hotel and for helping with directions and all the things we needed! more

This hotel is centered perfectly with the start of the Bloomsday Run. The staff allowed all of us to leave our cars there, and return to hotel to clean up. This was very helpful. We will stay here again next year for sure. more

THE FRONT DESK CLERK WHO WAS SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE HOTEL WAS QUIET EVEN THOUGH IT WAS LOCATED IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA. THE PRICES WERE REASONABLE AND THE CLEANLINESS WAS LIKE HOME. more

It's hard to find a room that accepts pets. the room was nice and the price was good. I have let my friends with pets as members of the family know that Days Inn is the place to look for when traveling with pets. more

Spent the night had a layover and the staffwere very aaccommodating and always there to help in any way from directions to near by attractions to reccommending restaurants. I would definitely stay again more

All staff were great, we were able to leave our car there while we were on vacation and on our return trip we had a cancelled flight and they were very accommodating with the changes we had to make. Front desk staff were awesome Thank you more

My husband and I went to Spokane for a five day end of summer \r trip(Labor Day). We had booked our motel through our travel agent long \r before we left. The Thunderbird at that time, was still part of the \r Best Western Chain, but by the time we got there it was a Best Value \r Inn. We were happily surprised at the degree of \r service we received! The room was very clean and comfortable. It had \r comfortable furniture in addition to the bed. We needed a Refrigerator, \r and they promptly brought us one. \r We had to check in late, the deskclerk was there(at 2:00am), and greeted us warmly; we had to check out late (after 10;00pm) and again, the clerk was gracious and accommodated us. \r We would reccommend this lodging to everyone -reasonably priced, comfortable and friendly. \r Oh, yes, they do have a good continental breakfast! more

I stayed here twice in 2007, and will stay again when traveling without my kids. This place is an absolute bargain. The downtown location is very convenient, maybe not the best but at this price? There was plenty of parking right outside our room. The slightly firm\r beds are very comfortable with great pillows and linens. The room is clean and has all of the basics, but no refrigerator. On both visits I rarely heard a peep from adjacent rooms. The shower was hot & had more pressure than just about anywhere I've stayed more

This is an older motel that is being upgraded but it's a very good deal for the money. We paid $51 per night including all charges for two people, king bed, microwave, frig, free wireless Internet, free parking, and free Continental breakfast. It's only a couple of blocks from the main east-west freeway through Spokane on the east end of downtown. more

The fan in our bathroom didn't work, but it wasn't really a problem. The only downside to this place is the slightly indifferent attitude at the front desk (only when checking out) - no big deal though. I rate this motel as one of the best values available in Spokane, which typically has high prices for only average accommodations. more

We liked this hotel because it was clean and safe. It's true that it's not the newest hotel in Spokane, but the rates were reasonable, the rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast made the room rate even better. if you need a serviceable room that's safe, a great rate and if you think you'll need hotel staff support (like with maps, etc.) this is definitely the place for you. I'd recommend it. more

I have stayed at this property through out it's many transformations. They have now done it right. This has been a Best Western, Value Inn, Econo Lodge and now a Days Inn. I have never had a problem during any of my many stays. The breakfast includes waffles along with the normal rolls, donuts etc. I would skip the motel fare and head west to Franks Diner see the reviews.\r \r The rooms are clean and the beds have double pillows. The breakfast was at one time served in the small lobby, now it has its own room near the lobby.\r \r The location is in a seedy part of town so make sure you remove any valuables from your car. I always ask for a room near the lobby. more

Early evening arrival, most pleasant staff person, helpful, pleasant, even held room available for one hour while we checked other motels! Other than no frig or microwave, room was very good, king-size bed, quiet, in front of room parking, and above all, advertised room rate was valid, with coupon, and only a $10 extra charge for the second night, a Friday. Thus, based on this experience, would recommend and would return if ever in Spokane again. more

The manager was very nice, very helpful and genuinely concerned that our stay from check in to check out was comfortable and pleasant. The renovated room was comfortable and very clean. Good location to access downtown Spokane activities. more
