Beware 9/25/2018

Not happy at all,Bought 2 akitas pups last year love them to death, great dogs but after they turned 1 year old the 1 had trouble walking, to find out she was born without a hip socket, Dan really didn't show he cared, only offered 1/2 back on the price of the dog, big deal,I just put out 3500.00 for surgery for her, It was a birth defect. The other hip is not good either down the road she will need another surgery. Be careful when buying a dog from their because he really don't care about the animals, talked to a lot of people that bought from their and nothing but problems! Their my babies and I'll give them the best life I can! more

Buyer beware 6/14/2016

We love our lab puppy ... after two visits to the vet and a lot of remedial attention to get him healthy. Arrived home with no desire to eat -- listless and uninterested in play. Vet found his feces "really full" of canine coccidiosis. The parasite is really nasty and takes super vigilance to eradicate. As the vet noted, it is so contagious that if one puppy had it .. they all had it. Puppy was a gift .. daughters paid a PREMIUM price for a damaged product. Not AKC / parents not on site. I would have been more wary. more

Would go Back 12/30/2010

i bought my female cockapoo (shylo ann) last april here at dans kennels and i was impressed. she had me santize my hands each cage visit for the safety of the puppies, and helped me the whole time. i love my baby girl she is the best!! happy healthy awsome! she was 8 weeks old when i bought her and she is as happy and healthy now. i would go back for another puppy anytime and have recommened people there. more

The buildings are CLEAN, the staff is friendly and helpful and they go above and beyond, all while insuring that the puppy is going to a good home. more

We went to Dans Kennels, and it was AMAZING.. clean, healthy puppies! Our Shih-Tzu puppy checked out fine at our vet. People need to go to DANS KENNELS...and see for yourself! Thanks Dan we will be back for another puppy! more

Dan's Kennel is clean everywhere, ...I saw the KENNELS myself! You are incorrect on closing this business down! There will be nowhere to get a puppy at a reasonable price like Dan's Kennel!! Sorry but NO business has prefection and it seems as if you wanted to be pressured into buying a puppy or you would NOT have made such a quick deceision. I am sure the puppy you returned got a great home...It is my home!!! Thanks Dan and Jen for a great Puppy,. The lil Maltese mix is Great!!! more

I first heard of Dan's Kennel from someone who got a puppy from them and happy with it. After I do some research on the internet it almost stop me to get puppy from them because all the bad things people said about them. However I decided to go check it out because i really want to get a morky and Steven's pet store isn't anything better than a puppy mill and they sell morky way too expensive. Anyways, when I'm there I find the place very clear. My morky is a bit shy but he's so cute so I took it home anyways. It turn out to be I make a good decision. I just came back from the vet today and my puppy is compeletely healthy. There is nothing wrong with Dan's Kennel and I think people need to go check it out themseleves. more

WE Recommend this place 11/5/2010

We got our puppy from DAN'S KENNELS and saw the conditons.. it was the cleanest kennel we went to. There was NO oder!! The woman helped us with key suggestions for training our lil puppy!!! It is working and we will go and get another puppy and have recommended Dans Kennels to all our friends and family. Go to www.danskennels.net and see the pics of the kennels..they are clean!! more

Dan's Kennels is a fantastic place! I bought my puggle here two years ago and I could not be happier with him. He was clean, happy and healthy when I bought him, if I had suspected that conditions were less than average, I certainly would not have done business there. The buildings are CLEAN, the staff is friendly and helpful and they go above and beyond, all while insuring that the puppy is going to a good home. The owner took time to answer my questions. I would not hesitate to go back here again. more

Happy, Clean, and Healthy 9/23/2010

I purchased my puggle from Dan's Kennels in 2008. The buildings are clean (sterile in the nursery) and the staff is friendly and helpful. My puggle was clean, happy and healthy on the day I picked him out (or should I say he picked me!) and he continues to thrive! I will definitely consider this business again if I am ever in the market for another puppy. more
