Sign by the road advertises up to 70% off has been there for ages--are they clearancing or going out of business? If just clearancing, then they must have no business because it's taking forever to get new items in. I don't trust a place that seems like they always have to have a clearance sale in order to get customers in. That usually means the items are so marked up normally that normal people couldn't afford them, and that's the case here.
