During repair of my Kitchenaid fridge door William broke the freezer door! He left and now D & W will not answer calls! They have disappeared! Do not call this company for service! They have an F rating with BBB and now I know why!' Warning do not call!'n more

Another company wanted to charge me over $250.00 for a new pump for my washer without bothering to look inside the machine. D&W Appliance Repair Service came out, opened the washer and found out that my pump was merely clogged. D&W Appliance Repair Service unclogged it and saved me almost $200. It is nice to find a company with people you can trust not to rip you off. One of the things we all can agree on is that finding a company in TN that knows what customer service is all about is almost impossible. D&W Appliance Repair Service was wonderful.
