Both men are pros and did a great job installing the water heater. Tom R explained all that needed to be completed and what the costs would be before he got started. They went the extra mile to go and pickup the correct unit that would fit the location which took some extra time. Great, clean job, I would highly recommend these pros and the company. more

09/09/16 ... Tom & Anthony installed a power vent water heater for me recently. Very happy & impressed with the quality of service, also, friendly and yet very professional. DRF is definitely a company that I would recommend to my family and friends base on their personnel! Installation of iron filter/water softener system 9/7/2016

Tom R. and Donovan did a very professional installation of this system in a very confined area and they had no problem. Everything looks great! I have used DRF for plumbing several times as they do a great job in a timely manner with a high level of quality. Tom R. and Donovan were very respectful of both me and my property and I would not hesitate to have them work on my home again. Thanks guys! more

Rich and Anthony saved the day 7/28/2016

I had been getting the typical big business run around from Home Depot when I needed to purchase a new water heater, wrong #, wrong dept, frozen screen, heavy sales But when Rich and Anthony came out and installed the water heater they were perfect, very professional, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. They explained everything and turned a poor experience with Home Depot around and really made the difference. Thank you more

I ordered a new water heater from Home Depot. I needed it installed and they hooked me up with DRF. After speaking with call taker Olivia I scheduled the install the following day. That morning I received a call from Rich P and Anthony who advised me they were on their way. These 2 men showed up and removed the old water heater, installed the new one with out any problems.
