Nothing but happy 10/4/2007

My husband and I got both of our rings with Di Lusso over 2 years ago. It was a great experience when we went with them. Everything was on time and the quality of work was amazing (we had custom rings made). They are wonderful about maintaining your rings as well. Rings do get scratched and dirty and they are always willing to keep your rings beautiful and you happy. more

Talked the talk but didn't walk the walk 1/6/2007

He talked the talk but didn't walk the walk. They are a horrible jewlery store to work with. There are better jewlery stores around that will offer as good of a price as they do with better service and quality of product. They promised to get some diamonds in and do work on a custom ring and didn't come through after a month. It was excuse after excuse. Such poor customer service. They never returned any of my phone calls. I went to other jewlery stores in the area who gave me better prices then this store and were more prompt in their work. I wonder if Di Lusso is really turning into a jewlery scam store... more

Poor explaination 8/15/2005

When I was ready to propose to my now wife, I went to Di Lusso because we had a friend that worked there. He highly recommended we buy a clarity enhanced stone and the one he showed us looked just as good as a regular diamond but at a very reasonable price. I have to admit that the ring looked incredible and still does but the diamond that we were sold was very different from what we shown. After questioning it we went to get it appraised from an independent appraiser. We didn't tell him the situation to avoid any bias or who sold us the diamond for that same reason. instead of an SI 1 what we were told the diamond was an I1 which is very different. Shortly there after some friends who got theirs at the same place found their diamond had a crack the length of their diamond and their SI1 also came back to be an I1. When we tried to get our money back they refused saying that we were told everything that we needed to know. We are still in the process of trying to get our money back and are taking them to court over it. In their credit, we got a $4000 discount on our diamond that came back legitimate. more
