Great prices, great selection 9/14/2012

I recently decided to replace my oven because it was starting to go and wanted to get rid of it before any major problems occurred. I went to D&K Appliances with a budget in my head that I didn't want to go over and, luckily, they had a great selection in my price range. I was so pleased with the service I received and will definitely be back! more

Top notch experience all around 8/28/2012

The team at D&K have always treated us very well, for the last 10 years or so we have purchased all of our appliances from them and have recommended them to many others in the local area. They provide service that can't be touched by the bigger retail stores and their prices have always been very competitive. They have a wide selection and a brand new showroom to show you everything you could need. If you want to deal with down to earth people that treat you fairly then I would highly recommend stopping in to see the folks at D&K. more

a dedicated customer! 8/7/2012

I have been dealing with D & K Appliance for over 20 years and have had nothing other than top notch, professional service. I purchased all my appliances from them after renovating my home 20 years ago. They are the only company I will call for repairs to any appliance in my home. \r The staff is professional, knowledgeable and interested in making sure their clients make the right purchase based on their individual needs. \r The service crew is honest when they come to your home and has always given me great advice regarding repairs. more

Very Disappointing Experience 6/23/2011

I was completely horrified by the customer service at D&K. My husband and I bought all of our kitchen appliances at D&K and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. We had a few problems and we could not get anyone at D&K to return any of our calls. I would have to call multiple times a day and when I did speak with someone, they assured me that they would look into the problem and call me back. I never received any return calls. Additionally, the salesperson had little knowledge about the gas cooktop that we purchased and when I called to tell him that a part was missing (which should have been ordered seperately, as I found out from the manufacturer) he insisted that my installer must have lost it. We would have been better off going to Best Buy or another larger chain. We ended up going elsewhere for our washer and dryer and had no problems. more

Appliance Buyer Beware 5/23/2011

After dealing with D & K for years, I was sold a damaged dishwasher. At best, they were uncommunicative. At worst, we were accused of damaging the unit. KitchenAid came to our home and confirmed that the dishwasher was smashed, probably at the factory. We did finally receive a replacement from D & K, a month later. PS. still waiting for my rebates that were promised. more

SUPER 1 STOP SHOPPING!! 10/19/2010

Top Notch! From beginning to end..our experience with D&K was superb! We were looking for a new GE dryer, ended up with a GREAT deal on a matching washer as well.Their prices were very very good! Unlike the other reviewer, our D&K salesman informed us of GE's 1st yr warranty policy and that beyond the 1st yr, & that D&K will gladly service/repair our new appliances. I'm glad we sought out a local, knowledgeable & friendly business. Thanks D&K!! more

Didn't come Through 2/20/2010

Can't tell you how disappointed I was after asking if they service what they sell I was told yes. Only to learn after buying a GE product needing service a month later they in fact do not service the GE products they sell. Supported a small dealership hoping for personal service and to establish a relationship with a business I could trust. Should have just gone to Home Depot. more
