Cycle Tech - been going there for two years. Upside - good service at a fair price. Downside - sometimes they seem disinterested and inflexible. I think this is because they are very busy and have a lot of satisfied customers, so they don't feel they need to be. more

Cycle Tech 9/29/2011

Been dealing with Skip and Cycle Tech for at least two years now and has always been great service on parts and work. I've had them order a top end gasket kit for my Kawasaki which arrived in a timely manner. Even just stopped by one day to look at stuff in the showroom and asked if they had time to inspect my street bike; a half hour later it was getting inspected. I'd recommend anyone to stop by and check them out. more

Service so good, you may have to wait! 3/21/2011

I was first introduce to Skip and the guys at Cycle Tech by a co-worker. Since then, I have referred everyone I know who may be looking for great service at a fair price. They are courteous and very down home bunch. They are so busy, you may have to leave your ride. They usually finish ahead of when they say it might be done. If you want it done right at a decent price, take it to the guys at Cycle Tech! more

Can't be bothered 6/5/2010

Many years ago I took my cycle here and the service was good, but recently dropped by to ask about having a steering head bearing replaced. They could not be bothered to do the work - guess they are independently weathly. Pros: Close by Cons: Poor customer service more

Cycle Tech Service and Prices 4/10/2009

I've been going to Cycle Tech since they opened. Skip and the crew is some of the best to deal with. Their service is top knotch with quick turnaround. Parts prices and availability are very reasonable also. Stop in you won't be disappointed! Pros: Small shop that cares and is very knowledgeable. Cons: No new bikes. more

Cycle Tech -- Poor Customer Relations and Business Practices 6/3/2008

I called Cycle Tech on 6/3/2008 to inquire about having a set of shocks installed that I had purchased earlier from another source. They told me that the soonest they could do the work would be the middle of the following week. I told them that my time was flexible so if they would just name a time I'd be there to have the work done while I wait. They informed me that I would have to leave the bike. Installing a set of shocks is about the simplest job I could think of, yet, even with several days lead time, they would require that I leave the bike. I would have done the work myself except for the fact that I don't have a garage where I can do the work, nor did I have sufficient tools, like a jack and the required torx bit and torque wrench. Cons: Indifferent customer service more
