This was the absolute WORST experience in my life!!!! Please do your self a favor and never ever visit this salon for even a product purchase!! I came in as a walk in. my usual hair dresser was out of town for the holiday weekend and i needed to get in for just a trim well i decided its just down the street im not getting anything too difficult just a half inch takin off all around and cleaning up my layers. I was serviced by an absolutley rude woman who made me brush my own hair. DID NOT EVEN SHAMPOO my hair. immediatley started to cut it dry. it took her all of about eleven minutes to cut my hair. and what i left with was horrindus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't tell it was that bad till i got home when i left the salon it looked shorter than i had liked but i thought thats ok i can deal w short as long as its even......so i get home and wash brush blow dry and flat iron to find my three inches shorter on the sides and front than the back of my hair so if you can picture a grown out mullet!~!!! thats about what i was left with. i cried for about an hour called my hair dresser who felt so bad she came back to town early so i she could fix it. i called and very politely told the receptionist that i was not happy with the hair cut i recieved and would just like to be refunded for the haircut and they could keep the tip. after repeatedly telling me that there company doesn't give cash refunds. Which continued to be her response when i asked to talk to a manager who told me to come in at a later time to disscuss a refund. needless to say i never returned and never plan to. But a word of advice stear clear of this ""salon"" unless you perhaps have some bushes that need trimming. And if this still has not changed your mind i am deffinetly not one to write reviews or really even call to complain about services but this experiece was so bad i signed up with this web page just to post how horrible this salon was. If i can warn just one person to pass on this salon i am happy!!
