We went to Cut-rite carpets to get some floor coverings for a recently added second floor in our house. I was very confused about all of the different types of carpets, and wanted something that wouldn't look filthy after one year. They explained the pros and cons of all of the different carpet types, and were able to help me decide what I wanted. Their installation team did a wonderful job - very professional. Prices are a bit high, but the service is wonderful.
