Unprofessional - Hiring project managers that have affairs with co-workers, petty, two-faced CEO& Upper Managers.
Dry Promises - "Sponsor for Top Secret Clearance," Bonuses, Promotions, and etc.. Yea right, what a joke!
Non-caring - Offers the lowest wages to win awards. Employees are just slaves. Don't want you to have vacation, because they don't get paid (if it's not a federal holiday). This company only cares about winning the award by proposing the lowest offers to win the award. This equals underpaid employees, no extra holidays from the federal schedule, no provision if site closes early (don't get paid for whole days). Just poorly negotiated contracts for all their employees.
Pro: Hires anyone with clearances = less overhead expenses, which is already expensed on their government contract = more money in their pockets. Almost no interview required, great while looking for another job.
Pros: great for short-term jobs, while looking for another one
Cons: unprofessional, Dry Promises, non-caring company.
