Not New Orleans, but Nowhere Else Is Either! 3/24/2006

OK, it's not New Orleans. (Rebuild after Katrina! Tell Washington DC to save the Gulf Coast and the Big Easy!) But if you are in Fort Lauderdale, and want some decent creole / cajun food in a restaurant that's not full of itself, go to Creolina's. The crawfish is great. The menu is inventive. I've never experienced rude wait staff - ever. Do recall that on a busy night there can be a wait for the food. Do recall that the food was worth it. Pros: Food, Friendly, Good spin on cajun Cons: Wait can be long more
