I agree with Krystle. Creative Wigs is the worst wig shop ever. There are several older ladies that work on 11th East that need to quit. I went in with a new cancer diagnosis and ...

Editorial review from Citysearch 8/31/2012

Phenomenal Service & Cutest Wigs Ever!! I TOTALLY disagree with ANY negative reviews about this salon. I only wish I found Creative Wigs sooner... I spent thousands on ""custom made"" hairpieces from supposedly the best places in Los Angeles and I hated how they looked. I've also been to every wig salon in Utah and Salt Lake counties, and Creative Wigs has the best selection, most up-to-date styles, and the best customer service. Everyone there was so kind, helpful and friendly to me that I didn't want to leave--it is like the movie, ""Steel Magnolias,"" the salon you could hang out in all day. I ended up purchasing 3 wigs from them that I absolutely love and Jana did a great job of custom cutting them for me. I will definitely be buying my future wigs from them and look forward to going back often for their affordable conditioning and repairs. Being their customer has changed my outlook on my hair loss and made wigs a fun, realistic looking, fashion adventure! more

Agree 100% 2/15/2012

I agree with Krystle. Creative Wigs is the worst wig shop ever. There are several older ladies that work on 11th East that need to quit. I went in with a new cancer diagnosis and was treated poorly. I was so distraught that I left in tears. Mary Nichols must know someone -there would be no other reason for her to promote you. Maybe her television exposure of you will help sour attitudes. Anyone need a wig-go somewhere else! There are plenty of good wig shops out there. SERIOUSLY DO CANCER PATIENTS BOTHER YOU? more

Worst ever! 2/13/2012

I have cancer. My first experience was with the shop on 11th East. I have never met such rude people in all my life. I was anxious about the whole cancer diagnosis and was not familiar with wig care. Talk about feeling dumb! They did not explain anything about heat ruining the wig! I bought several from them and always felt like a burden. Good thing Mary Nichols is coming there. It will help your bad reputation. I now go to a good wig shop in Salt Lake. Also looks like there are some new fresh faces at the shops-much overdue. GOOD REVIEW MUST BE FROM FAMILY MEMBER-sign me-NEVER GO BACK! more

Best Wig Shop I Have Found 6/18/2010

I had cancer and my hair still hasn't grown in well and I still need to wear wigs everyday. I have bought 4 wigs but have never found a place I would go back to until now. This time I made a list of Wig Shops in Northern Utah and visited most of them...checking prices, inventory, atmosphere. I loved Creative Wigs, both stores in Sandy and Salt Lake. Contrary to the review previously written, I found their staff extremely fun to work with and very helpful. I definitely recommend this shop. Pros: Large Selection more

Not Helpful or Friendly 6/12/2008

Save yourself the hassle & go elsewhere. The sales clerks from not just 1 but 2 stores act as though they are being bothered when you go in this store & when you ask when the manager/owner will be in, they tell you she hardly ever comes in. Guess that explains the sales clerks. What a dissapointment this store is. Too bad. But another store got my business & earned more business from a few of my co-workers. Rude, unfriendly clerks = Loss of business. Pros: There are other wig stores in the area more
