Excellent Childcare Agency 2/22/2012

I was seeking to hire an in-home caregiver for my children. i checked out several LI agencies and found that Creative Rent A Sitter was far and away the best. The owner is very attentive and knowledgable and really worked with me to find the perfect person for the job. Lenore has been on the job for over 3 month and I couldn't be happier. She interacts with my children and they love her. I found creative to be highly professional, offered me several people to interview and when i made my choice, furnished several references and complete basckground and DMV checks. Their fees are fair. After all, i have found that you get what you pay for. If you need qualified childcare- Creative is the way to go more

The most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with! 1/28/2012

I got a housekeeper/babysitter fro this woman and paid her $1200. The person I hired through her tried to extort money from us. The person we got from her as a replacement asked for 33% more money from us after one week and then quit two weeks later. The owner guarantees you replacements up to 3 months after you hire someone but cant even find people to interview! I had to find someone else and another agency provided 6 candidates within three days! The owner refused to refund the fee I paid. And, on top of that, she is in violation of state law regarding the maximum fee she can charge. Stay away from this agency! more
