All right…first of all my issue with Crazy Pianos started even before get there, we were trying to make a reservation to celebrate my wife’s B-day for approximately 12 to 15ppl.
I saw others reviews about charging $5 couvert which I never heard in a Miami restaurant/bar, but ok we can afford 5 bucks the place looks nice, once we got in contact with the place the office manager Jessica told us that we need to guarantee that all our guests will order a entrée…..what??? Are u serious???
No I cannot guarantee this but for sure we will drink, we are all 30’s and 40’s so we DRINK and definitely some will eat including my wife and myself, ok and then she sad that in this case we need to pre-order the drinks, WTF….kidding ???!!!
Ok let me pre-order a pitcher of mojito and another pitcher of beer……she told us that this is not enough we need to pre-order appetizers for the table also.
Are u serious??? Go to h*ll , we are going somewhere else, I just couldn’t believe about this conversation, when we go out we all eat and drink it’s just stupid making us and my guests to pre-order food and drinks, when we go out we never spend less than $120 couple, so that should be a $700 table minimum that they lost because of this bullsh***
Very disappointed, never will go there and definitely do not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
