Justin did a great job. He called before he came and took care of the situation quickly. Our house has old plumbing but that was not a problem for him. Our only comment is that the price was a bit high for the amount of time it took to fix. more

Karl came to inspect and clean the unit, he did an excellent job and was very helpful as well as informative. We ask a lot of questions and he gave us a lot of information on the unit. These guys ruined my hardwood floors and refuse to take responsibility. About a year ago we paid Cranney to put in a brand new 10,000$ heating and air conditioning system in. About 6 months later we noticed our hardwood floors were cupping and getting darker. We call them in and they wetvac out 10 gallons of water from in the floors. They also put in a condensation pump to redirect the water to a different drain. We paid for all of this. A month or so later, I think to myself, “Damn, these guys botched that job, I have 10,000$ worth of floor repairs to do and I had to pay for the installations measures to be done correctly?”. I call them back asking for some compensation for my floors, but they simply state that it was my drain that backed up 6 months later. This system produces maybe a half a quart of water per day. It would have literally taken 3 months for that amount of water to accumulate. Basically all Summer; the entire duration of the time the system would have been producing condensation. Cranney either neglected to notice a blatant pre-existing issue, did not perform any kind of diagnostic test or created a blockage themselves in the drain. There is no other input into the drain and there wasn’t a problem there beforehand as far as I can tell. I would not recommend using Cranney because if anything goes wrong, they will duck out of the way faster than you can say “This cost me a lot of money!” more

My Lenox furnace was installed on 12/2/14. I had 4 technicians that worked on this. 2 that removed the old furnace and installed the new one. 1 for plumbing and 1 for the electrical work. They all wore booties and drop cloths were placed from my front door all the way up the stairs to the attic where my furnace is located. These technicians were professional, polite and very efficient. I highly recommend Cranney Home Services to do all my work. Job well done!!!! On Saturday 11/29/14, Shaun Coburn came over to my home to give me information on a new furnace. He was very informative with all the questions that were put to him. He gave me 3 different prices and what to expect from each one. He also gave me a complete print out of everything that would be done. Justin was great! He was prompt, polite and quick fixing the issue we had with our tub. He left everything clean and exactly as we had left it. Once the work was finished, he was great explaining what he had done, and he even did a little extra and helped fix a different problem with our tub drain squeaking. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend! more

This is a scam, they told me they couldn't quote me a price over the phone for a simple kitchen sink drain hookup and installing a shower head. They show up an quote me close to $800 for these services, a local plumber did it for $120 in less than an hour. They claim that this type of service is better for the customer, when I asked how paying more than 4 times for a job is in my favor they told me to pay the service fee or they would report me to a credit bureau. Definitely stay away unless you have more money than sense. more

I use Cranney Homes Services for all plumbing and electrical work in my house. Reliable, professional, always on time, respond immediately to emergencies and they do great work. Another thing I really appreciate is that all workers wear shoe coverings (booties). They are very considerate to keep floors and rugs clean. They also take all boxes, trash, etc. away. They are the best! more

Michael Trimarchi came to check out a problem with an inoperable ceiling fan. Problem was solved immediately. While he was there, he also fixed another minor problem with a ceiling fan in another room. He was pleasant and professional and his friendly personality made it easy for us to feel comfortable asking questions. more

I had to call Cranney for an emergency plumbing issue. I was so impressed with Frank--he didn't try to rush diagnosing the problem, he set appropriate expectations about diagnosing these types of issues and addressed my concerns. He also showed me where he thought the problem was and explained in detail so I would understand it well. His representation of Cranney as a company was amazing and I would easily use them again. While I know it's possible that there still may be another issue as leak sources can be tough to identify, I would ask for Frank again if we have any other issues. more

Our problem was/is plumbing. Keith, from Cranney Home Services came out right away. He assessed the problem and tried tirelessly to fix it. He was very patient. He worked continuously and was thorough. He called the people he needed to contact for any assistance. He took the time to explain the problem and options on how to fix it. Keith was always clear in his explanations. If any questions came up, again he was very clear and patient. He came out two days in a row and has since gotten the ball rolling on the next step to fix our major plumbing problem. I would recommend Keith, from Cranney Home Services for any such plumbing issues. more

Jason, has great knowledge of what he does. He also talked about the service plan which I purchased. And request for him to come back again to service our system. He spent time explaining the service plan and what it covers and made me feel very comfortable purchasing right away. Great job Jason! more

Frank T. replaced a thermal coupler on our hot water heater this evening and he was incredibly efficient, polite, and genuinely friendly. Because of Frank, my husband and I plan to purchase Cranney's maintenance service and request that Frank be Cranney's official representative. Thanks again, Frank, for such excellent service! more
