This pertains to Covenant in Doylestown. I asked if they have a fund to help people in need get back on their feet. They said yes. I think it was Beth Hathaway. Then she sent me a form and I filled it out asking for a security deposit part or full? Whatever was within their budget or allowance for a non member or someone who might eventually become a member. Some guy named Jim Fleming?? called and asked to pick me up for church. A girl named Kim Kimball?? came with him. They asked a whole lot of questions which seemed to be pretty demeaning. Also, went on and on about how i should take a senior citizen bus? Don't qualify for it Kim i am sorry for that. also, what does that mean? I am dumb and have never had a drivers license or is it oh those prostitutes all they do is walk?? Well, after that while she was talking to me with her head turned she almost hit a car head on. So much for that. Then, eventually they sent me a Giant food card. So, now we have a situation where you should have food but sleep out on a bench. Well, later Mr Fleming said I can help you. he met mee at the bookstore in Doylestown and said we have a relationship with some hotels. That was not the case. it was a motel--Courthouse Motor Lodge. Well, I guess he places women there after they are released from the county jail. This seems clear now. While i was there they said you have to work your way out of here. I do not undrstand why i was at a motel in the first place. Now most people know women are not placed at motels but hotels. So the only reason why they would place you at a motel is to make you look like a prison release female whore. Now most people know that employers will not hire someone who is living for staying at a motel because it is not a residence. Here today and gone tomorrow. Jim knows that I am sure. Now he is going to tell you to put his name down as a reference, but no one ever calls?? I find this interesting. Then, they will get you clothes--Good will/Salvation I am sure. Also oversized sneakers and so yo have huge sweat pants odd colred tops and oversized sneakers. Yes, you will be hired. The, if you tell him some places aren't hiring he threatens you and says shetler, shelter shelter did you apply to shelters.
Now, if you do not answer the phone one night because you are tired he will close out your room and throw you out on the streets with no place to go. i ask what was the goal here ? What did they want to achieve by doing all of this. Was this not just a waste of money and a waste of my precious time? Now, I am at position that is worse than before I even met these people because now they have caused problems here for me too. Would they want someone to treat them this way if
the tables were turned?
