The only reason I am giving Cottman Transmissions any stars in the ratings is because this site says I have to give them something. My warranty company told me to take it to cott...

Hi, my name is Cindy and I am the owner/operator of Cottman Transmission in Norfolk. I am very proud of our perfect BBB record not to mention that we are the perferred repair facility for Drive Time. In many warranty situations the warranty company will supply parts and even engines. When this happens it can result in delays and some inconvnience to the customer resulting in bad reviews.
