Liars and Thieves!!!! Do NOT get a membership at the new Core Fit off of Kenton in Cornelius! I normally support local businesses but this has been the most unprofessional, worst customer service experience of my life and I feel an obligation to share....As if the 4 month delay, membership increase, and amenities promised but not delivered wasn't bad enough, now Taffi isn't honoring my cash, paid in full for the year membership.. I used 3 of my 12 month membership before Core shut down and reopened under Taffi.. He promised I would NOT be affected during the transition (which took 4 months longer than promised) and I would be prorated the difference and again did NOT deliver...We looked in the computer together and it stated I paid for the year 2013.. Taffi claimed that I knew someone in the gym that could have wrote that in the computer??? Lol....He was extremely rude and disrespectful to me.. I do know that in this economy and with so much competition, service is the key to any successful buisness. I doubt the new Core will last long... Needless to say I wouldn't become a member here if it were given freely. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB!\r
