Imagine you just got 5 filings on your teeth and you're so numbed that you can't even speak clearly but before you leave the dental office you look in the mirror and realize you've just been given Silver filings without your consent! No one in Cooper's office had the decency to ask if silver filings NOT white were acceptable for you. Yes, unfortunately that happened to me at Cooper Dental here in Sault Ste. Marie. Need I say how disappointed I was? I felt violated after putting my trust in Dr. Cooper. I tried to tell the front office staff that I was unaware that they'd give me silver filings (didn't think people still get silver) and they just said it's what they do there!
I was in tears driving home... but hey-it's just teeth and it is cosmetic so there's hope for better dentists' visits in the future...obviously somewhere else!
Pros: convenient location
Cons: not worth the trust
