I purchased my house with an FHA rehab loan. Continental was one of the few contractors willing to deal with this type of job so I really didn't have much choice of whom to use.
I had problems with the quality of almost every item on the work order and so was dealing with multiple visits to complete each task. Each time, the proprietor spent way more time double talking me than listening to the real issue which caused additional delays.
Even now, there are still problems but I have given up because it isn't worth having to wade through the owner's fast talking, used car salesman demeanor.
