I've been to this office 2-3 times in the last year or so. Every experience so far has been pleasant until recently. \r

I've been trying to make an appt. there for about two weeks but have not had luck reaching them during business hours and my crazy schedule. I finally got through and the receptionist was anything but pleasant. She kept pushing me to call back in the morning of a certain week to make an appt. with hopes that they would have something for me. I kept saying I'd rather not call back, I'd like to make an appt. now. I felt as though I was bothering her for making her do her job.\r

After agreeing to a time, she asked for my name which I gave her and then started to spell (since often times, it's hard to hear over the phone). She rudely cut me off and said ok, I have you in.\r

I also called and left a message with refill prescription infomation and asked that someone call me back to confirm (I did not want to show up at pharmacy and have it not be ready which has happened before). One of the Drs. called me back and said I'm calling back to confirm but I don't know what I'm confirming...we called in your refill request.\r

This office doesn't seem to have a friendly staff or customer service. I think it's time I find a new Dr. if this next visit doesn't go well.
