Conneaut Savings Bank

They don't deserve 1 star! This is the worst bank I have EVER been to, Rude, UNfriendly,Trolls""real ones"",nasty. I have to agree with Mr. Tucker in his review. ""Phil"" is the most vile person I have ever met. They have threatened my wife for their mistake by telling her they would destroy her credit and get her other account at a different bank messed up! I will never bank there again! Liars and trolls! They don't deserve 1 star! more

On two different occasions I have spoken to Phil Heffelfinger and the employees of Conneaut Savings Bank. On both occasions I have been shocked at the rude and unprofessional things, these people say. My individual complaints are too numerous to list on here. This bank clearly does not take the customers seriously. After this last time, I am reporting Mr. Heffelfinger to the Ohio Department of Banking. I feel this community would be best served if this institution was not here. Mr. Heffelfingers response to my shock of their company policy is to report me to the department of real estate as I am a realtor. I am assuming this is to get even with me for addressing issues with his bank, even though the issues were not real estate related. more
