There are so many homes for rental in the area for rent by owner or through true professional teams. Do yourself a favor and do NOT rent through Conch Realty. They do not respond to problems, have a poor cleaning crew, and are rude. The home we rented was not clean despite being "cleaned," no toilet paper even upon arrival, and many things were clearly broken. more

We rented the Manatee Lagoon. The view was amazing. The place had waterfall showers off the master and 2 of the guestrooms. The recliners in the livingroom were really comfy with adjustable headrests and charge station built in for your electronics. There were more than enough towels and linens. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Spent many evenings and early mornings enjoying the views from the back balcony, watching the manatees, turtles, dolphins and other area wildlife. The screened in porch was an added plus. Some of the reviews mentioned extra cleaning fees....did not happen to us and I did not scrub the place down prior to departure, simply had the last load of laundry in and the garbage at the curb for pick up. Will definitely come back if not to Manatee Lagoon then to one of their other rentals. more

My wife and I spent a nice week in a cabana that we rented from Clare Angermann at Conch Realty. I have rented from them many times before and Mz. Angermann always works very hard to find me/us exactly what we are looking for and at a competitive price. I also did a weekly rental of one of their twin engine boats and used it for fishing for several days. Adam Angermann maintains a nice fleet of rental boats and keeps them in great working order for his clients! Our stay was excellent with the facility clean and well maintained. I highly recommend using Clare for all your central keys rental needs and Adam if you are looking for a nice rental boat for a week. more

Trying to make a reservation with Adam is a real experience. Never been treated so rudely over something as simple as a bank credit card approval for an out of state charge. If he is that rude while attempting to make a reservation, I can only imagine what it would be like to attempt to deal with him on vacation. Have to be better places than this to do business with. more

We fished, boated, swam, sunned, toured, explored. What else is there? Fantastic time. more
