Unpredictable Service 11/21/2005

We have always preferred to go to an independent auto mechanic verse dealerships. AAA was good for years but recently we have had mixed performance. They have a lifetime oil change program, which was a great value. We had an oil leak, which should have been caught. We ended up going to the dealer.
