I could not say enough nice things about this person. His staff is profession and he is a top notch person. He has replaced my mom's knees and we have taken him several broken fingers and sprained ankles. Dr. Horan will do the x-rays in his office so you don't need to waste your time in the emergency room. Especially here in New Braunfels where our local hospital doesn't have an Orthopedic Surgeon on staff and all they do is wrap it and tell you to make an appointment. Dr. Horan has a great bedside manner and I am fully confident in his abilities.
