Recent Experience 12/1/2013

I took my tv under Samsung warranty to this tv centre. I had called this shop and the manager had asked me to bring my tv in. I live in another town and this location was not desirable. I trusted Samsungs reference and referral. We just entered the tv center. The manager in charge was rude, unable to even listen to our problem and refused to accept the warranty repair. His attitude and demeanor was a disgrace to customer service. Samsung's recognition of this service center is a slap in their face of how they service their product within the warranty period. I do not recommend this to even the worst of my enemies. Please think twice before you take your tv to this guy. more

The good review must have been written by a family member of the owner because this place is the worst. The owner is a liar and a thief. He'll take your money without providing service. more

This store is there to fix your appliances like tv's and vcr's. You can bring them new, old, used, or broken tv's or vcr's and they will try to repair them. It's a small shop but don't let the size fool you, they will be able to help you out with your problem. more
