I really dislike writing this review because I am the type of person that it is much easier for me to turn the other cheek than it is to complain. I would like to start out by saying I truly enjoyed the service I received while purchasing my 2008 Avalon this past February (2011). The salesperson was incredible, easy to work with, and courteous. The problems I encountered were after the sale of the vehicle. Prior to purchasing this auto one of my major concerns was rust due to the fact this was a local vehicle. The salesperson stated that the car was toyota certified and had paint protection therefore all issues with rust or any paint related issues were covered for ten years. Upon receiving the auto I noticed rust on the inner lip of the fender well. Otherwise the car was great and I didn't worry too much because the auto was shipped prior to me purchasing and with such a tremendous show of good will I felt comfortable in receiving the car and that colonial would take care of the issue
