Why I am highly Satisfied 11/22/2013

Blake and Ken were AMAZING. I had to drop my car off on my lunch hour and Ken personally drove me back to work and then came to pick me up at 4pm when I got off work. It wa raining outside, so he made sure to drive into the building so as not to het wet. Upon arrival, Blake had all of my paperwork ready, explained all work thoroughly and had me in and out of the building in about 5 mins. These gentlemen went above and beyond in my book! more

Poor Quality Factory Tires 11/19/2013

I have been taking my Hyundai to Coastal since 2005, Amanda Trainer is an outstanding Service Rep, she is an excellent example for the others. I would consider going else where if Amanda was not available to assist me. She should be recognized for her excellence, she is a definite asset to this dealership and her service promotes the Hyundai brand. Kudos to Amanda, she has my vote for employee of the year. more

Service Visit 9/26/2013

Staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. Waiting area was comfortable and clean. Complimentary refreshments were available. Work was done much sooner than I expected, and done well. All in all, a very enjoyable experience. more
