I thought I was going for my 6 month teeth cleaning, but ended up being referred to a specialist because of a jaw problem. The hygeniest was compassionate and explained the seriousness of my issue, and the dentist was thorough in his assessment and quick to pick up the phone and personally called the specialist to get me an appointment ASAP. I felt well taken care of and am so appreciative of the care I received. Thank you! more

Establish new Dentist 1/27/2012

Extremely Wonderful-Dr.Burbank takes enormous pride in his art !! He called me by my name and concerned for my comfort and my needs. I shall recommend him to anyone who needs a great experience in a dental chair !! Very pleased with the service, the concern for me, and the respectfulness received from my first visit. ALso the young ladies whom work the front desk were very pleasant, very helpful and wonderful smiles-WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE FOR ME BEING A NEW PATIENT !! Thank You soooo very much to all involved for everyones help to accomplish my needs. I felt important !!! more

Getting white! 12/9/2011

Despite my sore lower lip today, it was worth the time it took for the whitening to begin its work. I hope that a second trip in the future will make them even whiter. I don't want them to look like snowflakes, but I did have stains from coffee, chocolate, etc., and that takes time to remove. more

Everyone is so nice and friendly. I like how they go over the treatment and cost before beginning the treatment so that there isn't any surprises when you are leaving. I just love my dental hygienist. She always explains everything she is going to do and does it with such care. Thanks for providing a great dental experience. more

An interesting day in the dental office! 10/10/2011

The dental assistant was thorough and more than pleasant to me. She explained every step of the way, and she was patient at my lack of knowledge of the procedure she was using. I am happy I was there today. The lady at the desk was great as well. She explained about the insurance, and I was quite satisfied with what I learned. more

Chrissy always does a great job. She is very knowledgable and have provide various helpful hints about dental care on many occasions. I couldn't imagine a better dental hygienist. Dr. John was also just as caring and helpful as well. Kudo's to Coast Dental. more

Surprise that was not what I expected. 9/8/2011

I have the insurance booklet sthat states the price for various procedures. However, when we visited the dentist, our prices quoted were far above that in the booklet. When we called for clarification, we were told that OUR procedures aren't the same as the ones in the booklet. Dentures are dentures. The price quoted in the booklet was just over $650.00 for upper and lower. The quote in the dental office was over $3,500.00. If this is going to be the case with other procedures, we will be looking for another dental practice. more
