Absolutely Fabulous! 12/9/2011

I am a wimp, and have not been to the dentist in over 16 years after a horrible experience with my wisdom teeth removal. Needless to say, I need some work done. They were so compassionate, even wiping my tears for me. I had an extraction done, which makes me cringe to think about it, but it wasn't terrible. The dentist made absolutely sure I was in no pain, and even though it was very uncomfortable when he pulled the tooth, he constantly checked to make sure I was ok. The assistants were great, very caring and sincere. I highly recommend!! more

Root Canal/Crown 12/7/2011

I was afraid of having this procedure done becuase it was my first one. I had many fillings done as a child, but this one was new. I had heard a lot of horror stories, but my experience was a good one. I actually felt NO pain. I hate shots, but apart from that it was not bad. There was one small reason for not giving 5 starts. One of the assistants started doing some things to me that they did not explain and I had to ask what was going on. more

New Patient,Excellent Visit 12/5/2011

My first visit to Cleveland Dental was outstanding. Misty, Piper, and Amanda all were helpful, friendly and took the time to explain things in detail that I have never seen at a dental office. Dr. Ohlsson was thorough, did not herd me through the office, and communicated next steps clearly. If you are looking for a dental office that is on top of their game, I would highly recommend Cleveland Dental. It is probably the best dentist I have ever gone to. more

dental appointment 11/19/2011

Mary swallowed a dental instrument and we are still waiting to see how that goes. Had an xray done at her PCP and showed the instrument in her stomach. Will re-xray next week to make sure it worked it's way out. more

Remove old filling 11/1/2011

I do belive that Dr. Ernie Jr. is the most gentle dentist I've ever been to.I am 53 yrs young, been in quite a few dentist chairs. Until now, always hated to even go! In and out exactly the way it should be. The entire staff is very professional and curtious. I would have to say, the best dentist I've ever been to. more

JUST A CLEAN UP 10/31/2011

Today, I had my usual dental cleaning. It went well, and I can certainly recommend Cleveland Dental for any dental work you may need. Since it is Oct. 31, Halloween, I was pleasantly surprised to see that my hygienist was "in costume" as a nurse, in scrubs. more

Wonderful Place and People 10/21/2011

I can't say I don't like going dentist anymore, because now I look forward to go to Cleveland Dental, TN where these people and doctor gave me the best care and comforts. They all are such good and very, very friendly people. I can't say enough how good they took care of my teeth. I love the new technology which shows detail of a tooth at 360 degree!! I still am a nervous wreck when I go but I can trust them 100 percent and know they will always calm me down! more

it went very well.Thank you. I did not have to be concerned about further amalgam contamination. I also appreciated how Dr. Oyler would let you know what he was going to do.- water, powder, etc. The assistant & everyone was very nice. Noel more

I'm always a nervous wreck visiting the dentist but everyone from the front desk to the dental chair was wonderful. I'm used to seeing one of the dentists in the practice however today I saw his partner for the first time and he was also amazing and very kind and gentle. It was a great experience for a person like me who is pathetic when it comes to dental appointments! Thank you :-) more

Great Customer Care 9/23/2011

I don't like going to the dentist anymore than anyone else, but Cleveland Dental made it as comfortable as possible. All of my interactions with staff so far have been great. more
