Rude staff 8/16/2011

Meal not very good ,Ribs not tender. Rude counter help . I saw one person dropped my order of brisket from the cutting board onto the counter then back to my plate and preceding to hand that plate to me. I wanted another piece of meat that wasn't containmenated. I didn't know the counter was clean. Thats when the rudeness of the staff started. My service was horrible after that . I Should have walked out more

Are you ready for the best BBQ in Central Texas? Clem's has been in business for MANY years and you will know why once you get a bite of the wonderful food they serve. They smoke it right out in the back. They also bake homemade bread everyday and have an amazing sauce. All the food is homemade and wonderful from the beans, to the banana pudding. They have a drive through or you can sit down and eat. You can't miss the big bull on the outside, you will know you've mad eat to Clem's! more
