The people are absolutely rude and unprofessional. I purchased the works and added services like tires and interior however the quality of service was terrible. Upon getting in my vehicle I saw the brake light was on, yet my manual break lever was down, the guy had pulled it up so high he broke the cable. I went to find him to ask what happened and asked the guy at the window where he was. He wanted to know what happened, so I told him. They started to yell at me stating they didn't touch it and started to blame me. I walked away in shock. Having been the CEO of several businesses and a small business owner, a retired military pilot and professor of business, I called the following day to talk to the owner and discuss the behavior of his employees and was once again treated with amazingly rude behavior. I was told by the guy he was the son and I would not be getting a call back was hung up on. I was also accompanied by a fellow MBA and he was in shock. So I recommend to everyone and will visit each site and write this story because business behavior such as this does not deserve anyone's money.
I own a convertible XK8 Jaguar a very expensive automobile, I am still debating on a lawsuit when really an apology would have sufficed.
