Black Paint Miracle 3/27/2011

I never thought the swirl marks on my black paint would go away. I let my son buff my car in the sun one day this past summer and it created a huge problem. Swirl marks everywhere. I finally decided I couldn't live with it. I tried a few places on South T way and then a newer shop by the mall. No luck with any of these. This past week I thought I would give Classy Chassis a try. Although I drive by it often I have always been more of a gas station car wash type person. I always thought quick was the answer. Took it to Classy Chassis and the swirl marks are gone. I feel like I have a new car. Thank you more

Total BS detailing 7/19/2010

Hi, don't bother coming here. They messed up my vehicle buffing, I have swirls which were not there before Detail manager tried feeding my BS that buffing will not take the scratches out. I know for a fact it would help it, and NONE of it seemed like it got better after. Its pretty much a bunch of kids doing your car. I am pretty sure they don't have full training or enough experience. Its total BS when this place states "and our staff is well trained and supervised by those that have been in the business for years." BSBSBS. Its better off doing your own car, and saving tons of money rather then letting minimum waged brats, whom were not being trained right for this industry. Big mistake thinking this place could take care of me. more

This place is a joke 7/19/2010

nothing to like about this place, the car wash sucks, i got a cleaning package, and they didn't even bother to wipe down the cup holder, which i'm pretty sure came with the package. my tires were still dirty. pretty much this place does a half ass job for alot of your money. i believe the prices have been raised recently. brown bear does a whole lot better. don't go here not unless your looking for a cup full of crappy cleaning. more

Don't take your vehicle here! STAY AWAY! 7/17/2010

HORRIBLE! Stay away! Never get your vehicle or RV or Motorhome detailed here. I was told the detailing manager DAMAGED and RAN INTO a POLE while backing up TWICE on my motorhome. I still had to pay for the detail. They brought some garage backyard 'vehicle damage repairer' in, to repair the crack in bumper, and I have OVER SPRAY from paint. They refused to help me further. Horrible. Save your money! Complete BULL!! more

Great services and convienent too! 6/24/2009

Been coming to Classy Chassis for some time now and have seen them improve the value and quality of their work. The express services in car wash are great and many discounts if you combine services like getting an oil change and a detail. Last year they added a coffee shop and xpress lube center to make getting car cleaning services convenient. more

Dirty detail 6/22/2007

My husband and I have had terrible luck with classy chasis in both the detail shop and the quick washes. The owner/ president has assured me quality after my "super fit". Our cars have come back with little annoying things broken from cupholders to sun shades. The door jams have never been touched. Last time the print from a foot on the window (kids) was still there after returnning 3 times for a re-do... and all the coffee that had been spilled on the cup holder was there! Really, I am not a picky person by any means.. and these detail jobs were horrible. Wasted time and money.. speaking of money... I had oodles of change conveniently "not found" in the detail. $5 bill was between the seat- GONE and several other bills that I knew were there in the back seats - GONE.... upon return of my vehicle.. I did tell them...." I see you got your tip already" more

A major mistake on my part. 3/10/2007

The staff was pleasant and smiling and the facility was clean and comfortable; they offer a shuttle service. - Unfortunately I got my car back over two hours late and there were multiple areas of damage. The damage included: broken latch on the rear passenger side window (the window fell out before I got the car home,) six rips in the upholstery of the driver's seat, broken tubing to the rear windshield wiper, deep circular scratches in the exterior finish, and my recently refinished hubcaps were marred by visable scratches. - The interior wasn't clean, just shined up w/ Armor All. The dirt and grim in all the little louvers and crevices on the dash was still there, transformed into shiny dirt. A shiny coffee spill remained on the dash. The speedometer and gauges were spotted with shine, distributed over and around previously existing fingerprints. - The door frames were untouched - the road grim hadn't been disturbed by any rag or sponge. The lower panels of the bumpers (those hard to reach areas) were also untouched. There was still sawdust (from a trip to the dump) under the rear seat. - And a final, puzzling annoyance: every coin in the coin keeper was gone. - Classy Chassis was recommended by my mechanic but I should have done more research before I let them work on my car. I paid $190.00 to have my car detailed and it will probably cost three times more than that to repair the damage. more

BEWARE!! Aweful management will not care if damage is done or not!! 10/3/2006

Wow... I was so bummed to be so disappointed by this place. I was really looking forward to finding a car wash place that would really take care of my car. Here's my story: My husband went to get his car detailed - I mean really detailed... the $200 version. We were leaving that night on a road trip down to see family in CA. At first, everything seemed absolutely fantastic. Only as we began to load up the car did we see problems. The automatic car doors did not automatically lock or unlock, the windows did not open and the mirrors did not move. We desperately took the car to an auto place thinking a fuse had been blown. We found out there that the circuits had been "flooded." Upon that realization, we called "Classy" Chassis. They told us that occasionally, that happens on cars and to bring it in so they can try to dry it. We did - it didn't work. They then told us that "in a day or two" it will kick back up and start working again. Frustrated, we had to accept this explanation. We began driving, kids all set up and bags all loaded. Because of the car problems, we got a late start. Just past Chehalis, it began to get dark. We then realized that the lights did not work either... only the manual brights worked. Needing to eek out another 4 hours of driving, we gerry-rigged a wire to hold the light wand to the steering wheel. We then endured 4 hours of driving with our brights on and being flashed. We took the car to a shop in CA. Another $300 later, they found that the wires under the dash on the driver's side had been disconnected. They were pulled during the "detailing." Realizing this, we asked "Classy" Chassis to pay for the costs... they refused. We then insisted they at least refund the car wash ... they refused again. They will not return any calls now. They claim that when we signed the credit card receipt, we signed a disclaimer freeing them from any damages. Whatever. We called the credit card company and stopped payment on the car wash -- no word yet from them. Maybe this is a good place for a quick wash ... but BE CAREFUL OF THE DETAILING!!!! They do not take ANY responsibility for their work or employees. more

Best car wash I've been to 1/28/2006

This is a great car wash. Glad I found it! Price is very reasonable and they do a good job of pre-washing your car before it goes in the tunnel. I get the extras like the Simoniz, because I just don't have time to come here a lot and get my van washed. Really nice staff. They are redoing the parking/vacuum area, which was a little tight to get into before. The gift shop is great and I've found little doo-dads (like my American flag vanilla scented tree) that I haven't found anywhere else. more

Great car wash...quick and pretty inexpensive 8/3/2005

I've been going to this car wash for years now. They do a pretty decent job for about 6.00. It's a drive though car wash and if you want to pay more you can get extra things done like an oil change, full detail and waxing. They have a gift shop in the waiting area so as to not get bored while waiting. They are open retail hours. more
