On Saturday, March 7th around 1:00 pm, I visited the Clancey's on McGalliard road. I realize it was busy as this is the first nice day we have had in a while. However, The employees were ""shoving"" the cars through pretty close so they could get them through as quickly as possible. I have had an experience before where the car in front of me stopped and the machine ran my truck into it. I don't want it to happen again so I held back a little to give the car in front of me and my truck some space. When I held back, the employees started yelling at me and motioning frantically with their hands to MOVE forward. I moved, but I felt as if I had reprimanded for doing something wrong. Might I add, that I was the last in line. After I was put into the track and the wash started, the employees had to stop the system twice just to let the cars in the finish area move out. \r
It seems to me that had they slowed down just a little, they would not only have had to interrupt the wash, but the cars would flow through smoothly and efficiently no matter how busy they were. I came out of the ordeal shaking and nervous. It will be a long time before I will be back and then it will be my husband that will be driving.
Pros: The wash is acceptable.
Cons: Some of the employees need to take a lesson in customer service.
