5/29/13 I made my first visit to Clancy's on McGalliard. The men that greeted me were very friendly and welcoming. My car's OUTSIDE looked wonderful as I drove away. However, I had pulled into the first inside cleaning area after I came off the car wash track thinking my car's inside would look great as well. There were about 4 people bustling around with rags both wet and dry and their spray bottles. None were really very friendly or spoke. After I left the car wash and arrived at my next destination I saw the shabby job of vacumning and cleaning that had been done. I had helped get paper and anything in the floor out of the car myself. It had been poorly swept and the doors inside did not look wiped down. Plus I found trash still in the side plastic pockets in the back seat doors! OBVIOUS trash. Kudos to those that cleaned the outside but I will never spend even $1 to have them clean the inside again. Young kids need to get better work ethic! more

Horrible Management 12/7/2010

Brice the manager at Clancy's Car Wash is a HORRIBLE manager. \r \r Clancy's Car Wash is damaging cars and he does nothing about it. He doesnt take responsibility for the damage. \r \r Cars are getting scratched, tires flatten, ect. \r \r DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS CAR WASH!!!! UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR DAMAGED! more

Rude Employees 3/7/2009

On Saturday, March 7th around 1:00 pm, I visited the Clancey's on McGalliard road. I realize it was busy as this is the first nice day we have had in a while. However, The employees were ""shoving"" the cars through pretty close so they could get them through as quickly as possible. I have had an experience before where the car in front of me stopped and the machine ran my truck into it. I don't want it to happen again so I held back a little to give the car in front of me and my truck some space. When I held back, the employees started yelling at me and motioning frantically with their hands to MOVE forward. I moved, but I felt as if I had reprimanded for doing something wrong. Might I add, that I was the last in line. After I was put into the track and the wash started, the employees had to stop the system twice just to let the cars in the finish area move out. \r It seems to me that had they slowed down just a little, they would not only have had to interrupt the wash, but the cars would flow through smoothly and efficiently no matter how busy they were. I came out of the ordeal shaking and nervous. It will be a long time before I will be back and then it will be my husband that will be driving. Pros: The wash is acceptable. Cons: Some of the employees need to take a lesson in customer service. more

great service, Manager truely cares, 12/14/2006

I was visiting the car wash and having my car cleaned out also. while waiting a suv came through car wash and the bugshield on it was damaged. the manager came out .\r I think his name was Brice. He ask the guy in the truck if it was damaged before he came in? he said no! why ? the manager said it is now. And told him to go to Advance auto\r beside the car wash and have them get him a new one and he would pay for it. Now thats going out of your way to assure return customers. no questions!\r I am sure he could have overlooked it and not said anything. But he did'nt. Thats powerful in my book. Pros: service and attention to detail more
