My husband and I went to eat here with another couple about a week and a half ago. Service was fair, at best. We constantly had to look for our server to get anything - she was never to be found. Since our friends had ordered more food than my hausband and I, they said they would handle the tip. So, I paid half the bill with my credit card and left no tip. I made sure to drawn a line through the space for the tip and completed the amount at the bottom. When the charge finally cleared my bank, I was shocked to find out that I had been overcharged. Upon bringing this to management's attention, I was told without a receipt, there was nothing that could be done. This is ridiculous. You would think, being in the customer service industry, they would be a little more apologetic and try to please the customer. I guess my business was just not important to them.
