We have had Cigna insurance for a long time and really have appreciated their service. However, their subsidiary Tel Drug is a joke. They ran my credit card for an unathorized amount, called at 9:00 on a Friday night for a copay that they had never billed, failed to properly request additional information from my insurance company (which is also Cigna, confusing huh) within a timely manner to deliver important medicine on time and have not returned my six messages left for a supervisor to return my call. In addition, they provided incorrect information related to a secondary insurance and the use of a $500 coupon. You would be better off standing in line at the Walmart Pharmacy contracting influenza than you are counting on this company to provide important medicine with no problems. Cigna is a wonderful insurance company and this subsidiary is like a boil on its butt!
