Cig World has Great Customer Service! 2/4/2013

The ladies here are always friendly and helpful. I have been going here once a week for over 12 years and will continue. I'm always welcomed with a smile. They also have very competitive pricing. The only reason I did not give them five stars is because they don't always have my brand of cigs in stock however, when they don't they let me sample another brand before buying. more

Cig World Has Poor Customer Service 1/3/2011

Cig World in Canyon Country is not the place to go if you want to be treated with dignity and respect. I was AMAZED how rude the woman was behind the counter! She insulted my girlfriend and by saying go to another store after she simply and politely asked a question about prices. more

Good For Smokes, bad for Cigars 8/9/2005

the name tells all. It is called cig world, not cigar world. There varieties of cigars are poor, but they have lots of cigarettes. They also sell alot of trinkets, but who cares when all you want is some smokes. Its location is really simple to get to, and the prices are cheap to normal. Nothing really special here, just another cig shop in a "cig world" more
