Had the pastries and cookies before. Priced moderately but quality is fair. I can't understand where the baking is done. Is there an offsite facility? Makes me wonder if the products are purchased and sold as fresh baked. Decorations are average - nothing special. Staff seemed unfamiliar with products and pricing. Was left on ""hold"" during a phone order for over 3 minutes. Had to hang up and call again later. Once again was put on ""hold"" for several minutes. Staff apologized for wait but I was out of time and had to hang up again. Went in to store later to place order.

Cons: Staff unfamiliar with products. Phone orders take way too long to place. Not enough items available for walk-in customers.
