Chili's is excellent. The one in Goleta is the only one half-way close to us and my family and I will take a trip down there every now and then just to go to Chili's. They have a huge variety on their menu and they have great seasoned fries. They do get very busy on the weekend because they are right next to UCSB. Also, the service is pretty hit and miss - I have had some great waitstaff and some that were terrible. However, the food is consitently good and I would highly recommend it. I have never ordered anything that was not good.
