I have been to Chestnut automotive several times. My first visit was a few months ago when there was a grinding sound with my brakes and it was beginning to worry me. So I called Shop up that morning and asked if I could drop it off while I went to the game that day- so he said sure, they did a vehicle inspection and called me while I was at the game with good news and an easy, inexpensive fix. He also gave me a very plausible explanation for the grinding noise I was hearing and assured me that my braking mechanism was fine. Seems that my last replacement, the shop didn't use authentic Nissan parts and as a result, this grinding noise/feeling happens. I'm not due for new brakes, but Shop gave me an idea of the cost involved when I eventually do need brakes and told me they would get the Nissan parts to do it when the time comes.\r

My second visit was to repair a tire- thought I was having a slow leak and yes, after a summer full of contractors at our area for various projects I did have a nail in one tire. I waited in the waiting room while they repaired the tire. Again, easy, painless and inexpensive.
