I usually use businesses for which I have a coupon or that are running the best special without regard to business loyalty. This is not the case in the industry of carpet cleaning and water restoration. I am completely loyal to Chem Dry of Indianapolis because of their incredible service and commitment to customer satisfaction. The Chem Dry team is courteous and efficient. When I had water in my basement they weren't just concerned with drying it out and receiving a check from insurance. They were so determined to find out the cause of the water, that the owner himself and the supervisor came out and stayed until the mystery was solved. Even the insurance adjuster couldn't find the cause. But Chem Dry was spot on. They were dedicated to diagnosing the issue so we could repair the problem and enjoy a dry basement for a very long time. I had my overstuffed couch, love seat and ottoman cleaned. It was a very reasonable price. The tech James was, polite and informative. He advised how to take care of it post cleaning, since we have two overstuffed cats as well. Even better than that, he explained that I could rent a tech for a day or use a Gold certificate...both intriguing..check it out on their website. I asked if he might take the cats with him but he said Aaron was the cat guy! I'd say..seems he heard one in a new construction and found it had been dry walled in! He cut through the wall, rescued the cat and rewalled as if nothing had happened...that's service and skill! I will be calling them back! more
