Did the work for half the price of the dealership

I used to rate Chausee a 5; now I would rate it a 2 or less. I was quoted $262, and the final bill was over $800. That doesn't seem fair to me. Those actions are more like those ...

Friendly people and seem to know what to look for. 10/10/2013

Took the vehicle in for an oil change and stabilizer links and rotate tires and they found a problem others didn't find. I'm happy the problem is fixed. more

Customer focused 9/26/2013

Took my vehicle in to have my brakes and a check engine light checked. Many other shops could have easily just redone the brakes like I asked, however, Howee, Gary and the team are hard working honest people and shared that they still have some life left in them and can wait a little longer. Their honesty and customer focus is what keeps me coming back. Thanks guys! more

I love Chausee. I can always count on them to fix my vehicle , and I trust them. I live downtown Madison, but choose to drive all the way to Sun Prairie to get my Car in there, because they are the BEST! I would recommend Chausee to anyone. My whole family and close friends all now go to Chausee for ALL their car issues. It's the Best around! more
