BEWARE late delivery 12/21/2010

3 weeks ago I ordered 4 Christmas gifts from here. I was told they would be in within 10 days. Haven't heard form them so today I called about my purchases and they said "oh, they'll be here by Christmas Eve" "but I was told 10 days and I am going out of town and need the gifts to take with me". "we'll call you when they come in" TERRIBLE service and a definite I don't care attitude, but I had to pay in full when I ordered so they have me,,this time NEVER again will I shop there now not only do I not have 4 gifts I need, when I get them after Christmas, I will have to pay to ship them to the 4 people I've stiffed at the family gift opening. this is a snooty little shop in north chattanooga, shop elsewhere, more

Monogramming 8/11/2005

This store is one of my mom's and one of my favorite stores. I have taken numerous hats to them for monogramming for my toddler daughter. We have so many compliments on them. The price is right at only 8.00 for a toddler or infant hat and only like $10.00 for an adult hat. The staff is very friendly and the store is so cute. They were able to get my hats done within 1 week, just in time for vacation. This store also has many gifts , however, most of the gifts are made to be monogrammed. They have many baby items, like bibs and blankets as well as slippers and purses for adults to be monogrammed. more

Nice Place for One of a Kind Gifts 7/25/2005

Web is a cute store that is a great source for a special gift. They have adorable baby outfits, bibs and diaper bags, purses, robes, jewelry and many other gift items. The nice thing about Web is that they are geared towards personalizing your gift and offer monogramming services. The staff will help you choose your gift and monogramming if you so choose. Prices are moderate and you know you'll be giving someone something that they don't already have. The monogramming can take some time though, so don't wait till the last minute. They will also monogram items you bring in to them - they don't have to be bought in their store. more
