Yes Charles Ro Company has a large selection but everything you can order on line is always out of stock. I purchased some of their products 2/11/2014 and when submitted my order, I never received any form of confirmation email. I wrote to their customer service department to inquires about my order since you are unable to verify any thing via their website. I NEVER received a reply. I found the same products through a different company so I again wrote to Charles Ro's customer service to cancel my order. No reply received then either. Two weeks later I received an email from UPS that Charles Ro has shipped me a package. I again wrote to their customer service and once again got no response. When I tried to call them, I got no answer. No Big Surprise!!! You would think an email from them would have been sent letting me know what was shipped but nope! Nothing at all was sent so I have no idea what is being shipped to me. I do expect a full refund on the purchase since my order was canceled. We will see how that goes. Although they do have pretty good prices, best I have seen, I do not ever plan to do business with them again. I prefer to pay a bit more and have better customer service then what I have received so far. As far as the price, the other company I ended up ordering from was only $20 more. Not bad and I have had no issues with the other company. Merchants was in stock and I have already received. more

Over all I like Charles Ro, They have a good selection of HO Trains and supply's and my son loves the train display upstairs. They have brought on a few new part time works who are very helpful and seem knowledgeable in HO equipment. So i will give them 4 out of 5 star's due to full timers sometimes seem they don't want to be bothered. more

Its amazing how this place is still in business. Part time workers are pleasant, but it seems the full timers are arrogant and can't be bothered unless you are in the click. I used to be loyal, but thankfully have found smaller shops who are matching prices and pleasant. more

They sell a various trains and train parts such as Locomotives, Rolling Stock, Track, Couplers and power packs. Everything you need to get you started or add to your collection can be found at this store. They sell a wide selection of train scale sizes including, G scale, O gauge, S scale,and train sets. Lots of little items to add themes and scenery to your set like traffic lights, bushes,gravel, bridges, railroad crossing signs. Mix and match your train sets with new or old pieces. Hobbies will have a really nice time shopping in this well stocked store. Sales staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They cater to the new train user as well as the old timer collectors.
