Nothing but great things!!!! 9/13/2011

The staff is friendly....lots for the kids to do while we wait (which is SO rare). my daughters teeth look so much better in just 1 year! She has so much more confidence! The Dr. is really sweet to my daughter and I will definately be back for my son :) We refer all of our friends to Champion Orthindontics :) more

Dr. Shrager is AMAZING!!! My boys love going to this office! Staff is sweet and so much to do in the office! Apple computers, video games, pinball games etc!!! We will never go to another practice! more

Great service and great people 9/12/2011

Everyone in the office is always courteous and helpful, and we have never experienced a long wait. The waiting area is pleasant with drinks, snacks, computers and video games for the kids. Dr. Shrager has been great and we are very pleased with work they have done. We have a son who is just out of braces and another who will also need braces. We are so pleased with Champion we will have them do his braces as well. more

my smile is almost perfect i started in may of 2011 and will be dine by may 2012, the staff is amazing and very helpful always there for ya and takes care of everything , very any expensive and works with everyone pocket book. enjoy your new smile more

Make sure your child doesn't get sick.... 9/8/2011

My child woke up with a cold and I called the office first thing in the morning to let them know that he was ill. His appointment was scheduled for 4pm and they questioned me as to why he couldn't make the appointment. I explained that he is ill and I did not want to bring him into the office while he is sick. He was scheduled for their free consultation and they informed me if I did not bring him today they will no longer honor the free consultation because they had him scheduled for an hour appointment and he wasn't coming. I pleaded with them and let them know that I had no idea he was going to be sick and could they please allow me to reschedule. They stated that they would be happy to make him another appointment but I would be charged for the consultation. I explained that I would find another orthodontist that doesn't encourage sick children in their office. more

Not worth the headache! 9/7/2011

While the staff is very friendly, my experience with the braces themselves and workmanship has been dismal. We would have broken wires and bands that came off molars within hours of leaving the office (before any food was even consumed) In addition to the shoddy materials and workmanship getting another appointment without pulling our child out of class mid-day was next to impossible. Now that we are in a retainer we are having similar problems. bottom retainer broke upon removal within three weeks of receiving it. Just a simple removal for cleaning and it snapped in two. I called today to reschedule the appointment THEY scheduled on Labor Day (assuring us they would keep it at the time but then later cancelled) and yet again they can't see us until the 20th of this month unless we want to remove our child from school for the appointment. Both my husband and I are products of orthodontic work and like our results. However, I won't reurn to Champion for the work my daughter will need within a few years. We will try our luck with another provider. In the end I feel like it was just about getting the account and money... not the acutal workmanship. Spend your money with someone else. more

Whether you’re the parent of a child getting ready to embark on the journey of getting braces or an adult needing to fix an old problem with Invisalign, I promise this place will not only take care of you, but impress you! From the moment I stepped in the door, Dr. Shrager and her staff has been extremely helpful, friendly and kind! I feel like I am going to a family reunion every time I come in because everyone is excited to see me. For those that fear the long doctors office waits, no need to worry here! Every time I have come in, they promptly get me in and out with no problems! If you have younger children or a spouse with you, there are plenty of magazines, books and even video games to keep them busy! My experience with my Invisalign has been near perfect thanks to the support from the staff at Champion Orthodontics. Just as their name says, Champion Orthodontics is a place where you can come to feel like a champion again…now THAT’S something to smile about! more

Great Orthodontist 1/11/2011

"The staff here are very friendly and personable. Dr. Shrager has done an amazing job with my teeth!! I feel so much more confident when I smile and overall!! I had jaw surgery to have Tads placed and I was very nervous about it, but Dr. Shrager assured me that it would be worth it and that she would do her very best to help correct my bite without having to go through with the reconstructive surgery. I am a 25 year old patient who was told that braces couldn't help me by three different orthodontists, so naturally I was concerned that I was a hopeless case! When I came into have a consultation with Dr. Shrager, she was so positive and upbeat and assured me she could help. It was so refreshing to hear and she gave me hope! Dr. Shrager, and her find and patient staff have given me a new smile just in time for my wedding, and for the rest of my life. :)" more
